Court Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for August Wilson’s “King Hedley II,” directed by Resident Artist Ron OJ Parson.

The ninth play in Wilson’s Pittsburgh-set American Century Cycle, “King Hedley II” follows a man as he pieces together his life after seven years in prison. It’s Court’s eighth production of the cycle, as they near the home stretch of their commitment to producing all ten.

The cast includes Kierra Bunch (Tonya), Ronald L. Conner (Mister), Kelvin Roston Jr. (Hedley), A.C. Smith (Elmore), TayLar (Ruby) and Dexter Zollicoffer (Stool Pigeon).

The creative team includes Regina Garcia (scenic design), Alex Rutherford (costume design), Mike Durst (lighting design) and Christopher M. LaPorte (sound design).
