MEAN GIRLS Will Stop in Chicago This Year

Broadway In Chicago has announced that the first national tour of the Broadway hit MEAN GIRLS—based on the hit film—will be coming to the James M. Nederlander Theatre (24 W. Randolph, formerly the “Oriental”) for a limited 5-week engagement December 25, 2019 to January 26, 2020.

Mean Girls features a book by Tina Fey, based on her screenplay for the film, with music by Jeff Richmond and lyrics by Nell Benjamin. Casey Nicholaw directs and choreographs.

Mean Girls opened on Broadway in April 2018 at the August Wilson Theatre.
