BoHo Theatre has announced the cast for THE RIVER by playwright Jez Butterworth, directed by Jerrell L. Henderson.

The cast will include Joe Lino as Man, Christina Gorman as Woman, and Chelsee Carter as Other Woman.

On a moonless night in August when the sea trout are ready to run, a man brings his new girlfriend to the remote family cabin where he has come for fly-fishing since he was a boy. But she’s not the only woman he has brought here—or indeed the last.

“The characters in THE RIVER wrestle with the question of whether achieving or attaining love, actual love, is even possible,” remarks Henderson. “The play’s themes are eternal, universal, subtly epic, and devilishly playful. I can’t wait to share this play with our community!”
