ComedySportz Chicago has announced the addition of Jason Geis as the company’s new Artistic Director.

Geis, who recently joined the ensemble, served as Artistic Director for pH Comedy Theatre from 2000 – 2016, is the founder of the Chicago Zombie Pub Crawl and has performed all over Chicago including performing and coaching at iO for 15 years, and collaborating on the original “Steamwerkz the Musical” at The Annoyance Theatre.

“I think we are doing some of the best work in Chicago, with the strongest ensemble in the city and I can’t wait to dig in and make it even stronger,” said Geis. “ComedySportz is the most marketable show in Chicago. Who else can offer what we offer for everyone! That’s exciting and that’s something we can get behind. We look forward to bringing in new loyal fanz to The CSz Comedy Dome.”
