What do squids, bar brawls, clone-a-dicks, and a 2,000-year-old drag queen all have in common? They are all part of Nothing Without a Company’s New Play Festival: 4PLAYs, a showcase of new one-acts by local writers. Presented for one night only at Mary’s Attic, all of the one-acts are set in bars. Staying true to its mission of site-specific theater, Nothing Without a Company invites everyone to come party with the characters and immerse themselves in four unique worlds.
VIP Tickets are $50, and include early admission into the festival, VIP seating, 1 VIP raffle ticket, and 1 complimentary drink ticket. General Admission is standing room only and sells at $25. The Festival also includes a silent auction and a raffle.
New Play Festival: 4PLAYs runs Saturday, July 8th, at Mary’s Attic, 5400 N. Clark St. For more information, or to purchase tickets, visit nothingwithoutacompany.org.
