Aurora’s Paramount Theatre has announced the cast and production team for Mel Brooks jaunty musical comedy THE PRODUCERS, helmed by Artistic Director Jim Corti.

The cast features Blake Hammond as Max Bialystock and Jake Morrissy as Leo Bloom, Sean Blake as Roger DeBris, Elyse Collier as Ulla, Adam Fane as Carmen Ghia and Ron E. Rains as Franz Liebkind. The ensemble includes Miranda Borkan, Matt Casey, Jenna Coker-Jones, Bethany Christine Elkin, Erica Evans, Allyson Graves, Kaitlin Jempson, Christopher Kelley, Bernell Lassai, Ivory Leonard IV, Eben K. Logan, Nathan Mittleman, Jessica Palkovic, Brandon Pisano, Sara Reinecke, Jason Richards, Elena Rios, Haley Jane Schafer, Sawyer Smith, Anthony Sullivan Jr., Marco Tzunux and J Tyler Whitmer. 

The music will be directed by Tom Vendafreddo, in his 16th production at the Paramount, with choreographer Brenda Didier making her Paramount debut. The design and production staff includes William Boles (scenic), Jordan Ross (costumes), Jesse Klug (lighting), Mike Tutaj (projections), Adam Rosenthal (sound), Katie Cordts (wig, hair and makeup), Jesse Gaffney (properties), Ethan Deppe (electronic music), Susan Gosdick (dialect coach) Jinni Pike (stage manager), Nora Mally (assistant stage manager), Trent Stork (associate director) and Kory Danielson (assistant music director and associate conductor).
