Steppenwolf Theatre Company has announced Danya Taymor will step in to replace Liesl Tommy as director for the world premiere production of PASS OVER by Antoinette Nwandu.

In addition, Ryan Hallahan will step in to play the role of “Mister” replacing originally announced Cliff Chamberlain. Hallahan joins previously announced ensemble member Jon Michael Hill (Moses) and Julian Parker (Kitch).

According to Steppenwolf, both Tommy and Chamberlain had unforeseen artistic obligations that conflict with the production dates.
