Drury Lane Pushes Back CHICAGO to Make Room for SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER Extension

Drury Lane Theatre has announced SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER will extend for three weeks with a new closing date of April 9th. The production, revamped for the Drury Lane stage under the direction of Dan Knechtges, has added three new songs to the stage version and done away with some of the harsher stereotypes. To accommodate the extension, Drury Lane’s spring production of CHICAGO will now run April 20th – June 18th.

Featuring choreography by Knechtges, which our Elizabeth Ellis calls “sweeping disco choreography making the Drury Lane stage feel like a cavernous dance hall,” the production features Adrian Aguilar (Tony Manero), Erica Stephan (Stephanie Mangano), Landree Fleming (Annette), Nick Cosgrove (Bobby C.), Joe Capstick (Joey), Will Lidke (Gus), Brandon Springman (Double J), Alex Newell (Candy), Jhardon DiShon Milton (Monty), Allyson Graves (Pauline), Skyler Adams (Frank Manero Jr.), Marya Grandy (Flo Manero), Olivia Renteria (Linda Manero) and Bret Tuomi (Frank Manero/Fusco).
