Eclectic Announces Casting for “The Secret of the Biological Clock”

(l to r)- Aziza Macklin, Mark Tacderas, Kelly Levander

Eclectic Full Contact Theatre has announced casting for the world premiere of “The Secret of the Biological Clock,” directed by Artistic Director Katherine Seigel.

Andie Arthur’s script plays on what happens to our favorite teen detectives—like Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys—when they grow up. The title is a riff on the first Nancy Drew mystery, “The Secret of the Old Clock.”

The cast features Kelly Levander (Elanor Dawson), Elise Soeder (Ellie Dawson), Aziza Macklin (Jasmine), Mark Tacderas (Peter Wilder), Lance Spender (Robert Wilder), Randy Johnson (Franklin Wilder), and Marcie Portugal (Alice Garcia). Understudies include Brandii Champagne (Ellie), Serina Johnston (Jasmine) Alex Rocha (Robert and Peter) and Jessica Lauren Fisher (Alice). The production staff includes Jessica Lauren Fisher (Producer), Lori Eyre (Production Manager), Auden Granger (Costumes), Jennifer Roseman (Stage Manager) and Liz Cooper (Lighting).

“The Secret of the Biological Clock” runs May 4 – June 2 at the Athenaeum. Tickets and more info at eclectic-theatre.com.
