Otherworld Theatre Company has announced that Katie Ruppert will step into the role of Managing Director, replacing founding Managing Director Mary-Kate Arnold who is moving into a dual role as the company’s Associate Artistic Director and Casting Director.

“It has been a privilege to serve such an amazing company with a unique and important mission, as well as strong growth ambitions. I am looking forward to bringing my enthusiasm, creativity, and expertise to my new role,” said Arnold.

Ruppert will take over as Managing Director starting May 6, while still serving as the company’s Improv and Sketch Curator.
